The leds are drowned in hot glue.

I can't have a scale light system without tail lights.

After disassembling the rear tail lights, I discovered that they were already red and transparent, just covered by orange paint.

Some fine sandpaper was enough to make them as they are now.

A hole in the body with some hot glue keep the led in place.

Rollbar lights are a diffeent story thought. They come fromthe Juggy body. There are leds into them, but different kind of leds. Basically
I took a mountaineer headlamp
with 4 leds, cannibalized the electric parts and mounted the parts into the Juggy lights. That explains the black box in front of the frame (see tech page 1).
I wanted to keep the same power supply that the headlamp had before because this headlamp illuminate much much better than the other leds

Anyway you know there aren't shelf queens here, so I built a removable system. A couple of screws let me completely remove the rollbar lights.

I definately rollover too much to have them fixed LOL

AARRRGGGHHHHHH!!!!

Carnage LOL. Jackie supported a dramatical surgery reconfiguration to give him in the correct position.

After the surgery he looks happy thought ;-)
